So they first carve the crispy duck skin, and wrap it inside a super thin crepe a small piece of cucumber or spring onion and sauce. The meat is either cut into pieces or cooked with noodles. Yummy!

Finally! Retails shops are allowed to open and restaurants are allowed to have dine-in customers (up to 5 persons per table, one metre apart).
